Guest users are the ones who are not in the invited user list of the survey or project. These users have no RebusCloud account and have no access to dashboards.
To invite and share your dashboard with guest users, click on New in the right pane of the dashboard home.
A pop-up will appear asking you to add the username of the guest user. Enter the Email ID of the guest user in the username field and click on Add.
Guest user will get added an will appear in the right pane.
An Email with a sign-up link will be sent to this guest user's ID following which he can set up his/her login credentials for accessing the dashboard. Users can now use these credentials to login into dashboard and will only have viewing rights to the dashboard.
The link for the dashboard will be given in the same mail that will be sent to the respective guest user's ID.
