Users can choose selected variables to be shared across invited users to the project. Once the variables have been selected to be shared, the invited users will b e able to use only these variables/questions to create their respective dashboards.
Variable sharing can be done from the Sharing Tab. Click on Sharing Tab and click on Variable.
A pop-up will appear giving you the list of all variables/questions. Select the variables you want to be available to the users or which you wish to share, by dragging and dropping them from left to right side and click on Select.
The selected variables will get shared and now the invited users will only have access to the shared variables and they can only use the shared variables while creating their dashboard.
