Default view of the analysis is what will be displayed when you export that analysis in a dashboard (Refer Section Creating Dashboards) or whenever you open up that analysis, the default view will be displayed, which could be a grid or a chart.
Users can set the default view for their analysis from the home tab of cross-tabulation. Click on Table/Chart drop-down to select your default view.
A drop-down will appear giving you two options: Table and Chart. Select the desired option. The selected option will get set as the default view for your analysis.
You can verify this by going on Analyze Home page as below. The applied default view icon will be displayed next to each analysis in your collection.
Now whenever you will open this analysis or import the analysis in your dashboard, the analysis will open or get imported in the mentioned default view.
